## What it is

A tool for fund managers and fund administrators to send K-1 tax forms to limited partners, securely, automatically, and without manually emailing PDFs one at a time.

Built for the annual tax-season ritual every fund manager hates: collecting K-1s from your tax preparer, matching them to LPs, sending each one individually, dealing with bounces, fielding "did you send mine?" emails. This automates the send.

## How it works

- **Upload K-1s**, bulk upload all PDFs from your tax preparer  
- **Match to LPs**, automatic matching by name and EIN, with manual review for edge cases  
- **Send**, each LP gets a personalized email with their K-1 attached, sent from your domain  
- **Track**, see who opened, who downloaded, and resend if needed
